Our staff brings a diverse amount of experiences to our church. The fun and collegial team spirit they share is an essential ingredient to supporting the mission and ministry of the larger congregation.
Corey J. Sanderson, Pastor
Corey is committed to helping people develop a mature spirituality, is passionate about building and fostering community, and believes the church should be a place where people learn to practice compassion and then seek justice out in the world. Corey has served as the president of The Interfaith Council of Franklin County, on the Board of Directors for The Literacy Project, and as a member of The Communities That Care Coalition’s coordinating council. He is presently the Chair of the The Massachusetts Conference of the UCC’s Board of Directors. To escape the busyness of daily life, Corey likes to cook Indian food, play the banjo, seek out obscure museums, read non-fiction books, and engage in witty banter with his oh-so-clever friends.
Leea Snape, Director of Music
Leea has been playing music at our church for twelve years. Accomplished on both the piano and organ, Leea directs the Sunday morning choirs and shepherds most of the music you will hear on Sunday mornings. Leea has been awarded the Service Playing Certificate by The American Guild of Organists. With a background in Early Childhood Education, Leea also coordinates our Religious Education / Faith Formation ministry for our children and teens.
Dennis Labrie, Sexton
Dennis is in charge of all facets of building upkeep, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure. In addition to keeping this place running smoothly, Dennis helps staff our weekly Community Meals (on Tuesday and Wednesday nights). When he is not here at work, you’ll likely find Dennis out paddling local rivers with friends and his kayak club.
Jenni Brown, Administrator
Jenni is responsible for supporting all the varied ministries, projects, and events that happen at our church. A natural-born organizer, Jenni functions as our communications hub and helps coordinate all the volunteer power that happens in our community. [Picture coming soon!]
